Visit "Winter Bird Watching"
By the abbey’s nature guide
When we think of migratory birds, we all think of wild geese, cranes and swallows. During this outing, it’s time to discover another facet of this phenomenon: wintering birds.
Like the swallow which spends the winter in Africa, France also welcomes its share of wintering species: alder tarins, large stonechat and merlin are only a few examples of this diversity.
This outing is an opportunity for you to discover them.
