- When we host artistic events, the team of show technicians is managed by Maxence Cornu.
- During the high season, a temporary team supplements the permanent reception staff.

- Jean-Christophe Désert, composer, has been appointed by the abbey as the educational coordinator of the sound exploration workshops.
